My Story
Born in Rome, Italy, in 1979, I began studying contemporary dance at the age of 8 with the Martha Graham method. From a very young age, I also practiced Mat Pilates and the Feldenkrais Method.

I studied and performed in Italy until I was 20, then moved to London, where I worked and performed in various festivals, including 12 years at Glastonbury (with Lost Vagueness and Shangri-La), as well as at Latitude Festival and The Big Chill.

After years of practicing Pilates, I began teaching. Following a very challenging pregnancy, I felt even more strongly that more people should experience its benefits.
I primarily work with women navigating key life transitions — postnatal recovery, perimenopause, or simply the effects of modern life such as stress, fatigue, and poor posture.
That said, I’m happy working with anyone who has a body — all are welcome (as long as you don’t mind a few pelvic floor jokes now and then)!

Whether you're returning to movement after a break, managing chronic tension, or looking to feel strong and calm in your body, I’m here to support you with a thoughtful, personal approach.
My practice blends the structure of classical Pilates with breath-led techniques like Hypopressives, as well as massage therapy. These are all tools I use to support mobility, posture, and core health.
I don’t believe in always “pushing through.” To me, it’s about realignment — physical, emotional, and energetic — so you can move with confidence, ease, and flow.

I’ve trained with leading institutions including Future Fit, Active IQ,Ten Health & Fitness, North London School of Sports Massage and I’m a certified instructor with Hypopressive Scotland, one of the founders of Hypopressive International.
My work is grounded in evidence-based methods, compassion, and the belief that every body — at every stage — deserves care and strength.
I offer private one-on-one sessions, small group workshops, and personalised programmes, either in-studio or in the comfort of your home across East London.

I’m always looking for new and exciting opportunities to share my work and connect with people who want to feel stronger, more aligned, and at ease in their bodies.
